Refund policy

At Elanora, every piece is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order with love, especially for you. Because of the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

 

1. No Returns

 

• As all products are handmade and created only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
• Each product is crafted uniquely, and minor variations in color, design, or size are natural characteristics of handmade items and will not be considered defects.

2. Refunds (Applicable Only in Specific Cases)

 

 

We only offer refunds in the following cases:

 

• If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
• If you do not receive the product you ordered.

In such cases:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with your order details and clear photographs of the item received.
• Once verified, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

• You change your mind after placing the order.
• You wish to exchange for a different size, color, or design.
• The product has slight variations or imperfections typical of handmade goods.
